Position Summary:
This role consists of leading a team of electricians, technicians, and site design personnel to complete multiple tasks related to ensuring proficient installation and maintenance standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of electricians and technicians to complete installations with a high standards consciousness. **Provide technical support calls and compile technical reports.** Assist electrical sub-contractors to install products correctly and commission products in accordance with specifications. **Assess and maintain existing products or systems.** Reviewing audit reports and site design to make sure it’s reasonable, compliant and it conforms to installation standards. **Conduct quality assurance assessments from time to time and report back to the delivery team.** Assist customers and subcontractors with technical support queries. **Ensure all documentation and recording of work is completed to a high standard.**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields. **Minimum of 5+years’ experience in PV ** Must have experience in a managerial /supervisory role. **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills** Experience in CNI space is an advantage **Technical knowledge and skills in PV and electrical design software’s e.g. ETAP, MATLAB is an advantage**
- Must be qualified as an Electrician & PV Green card and 3-phase wireman’s license essential. **Registered as Electrical Installation Contractor by DOL.**
