**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12/Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Minimum 1 years of relevant customer service and/or Webchat experience within insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literate
- Excellent typing skills
- The ability to multitask.
- Customer Orientated
- Able to provide and receive feedback.

**Duties Include**:

- Managing customer conversations across all our chat channels
- Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support
- Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience
- Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our service offerings
- Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, measure results
- Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via live chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Adherence to compliance requirements
- Achievement of KPIs
- Teamwork
