**Position: Group Reservations and Revenue Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all reservations and revenue management operations across our collection of luxury game lodges.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage and train reservations staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to adjust pricing and strategies accordingly.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor and control revenue management systems and tools.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- ** Occupancy Rate**: Maintain high levels of occupancy across all lodges.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets.
- ** Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze market trends to inform pricing strategies.
- ** Cost Control**: Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all reservations and revenue management regulations.
- ** Staff Training & Development**: Implement effective training programs to enhance reservations staff performance.
- ** Efficiency**: Ensure timely and efficient reservations and revenue management operations.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- ** Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with reservations services.
- ** Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Reservations and Revenue Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or game lodge setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of reservations and revenue management trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
