**Position Title**: TEFL Teacher
**Location**: Yanping District, Nanping City, Fujian Province, China
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Teach English courses to students aged 3-12, focusing on oral English and general language skills.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to young learners, ensuring activities are age-appropriate and interactive.
- Manage small class sizes, teaching an average of 8 students per class.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate and track students' progress through regular oral and written assessments.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a supportive and positive learning environment for young learners.
- Use child-friendly teaching materials, including games, songs, and stories, to maintain engagement.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Promote confidence and interest in English through interactive and immersive teaching methods.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain attendance and performance records for each student.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

**Working Hours**:

- Classes are scheduled according to the academic timetable.
- Teaching hours: 25-30 hours per week.
- Additional preparation and administrative work: 15-20 hours per week.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Essential**:

- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
- Undergraduate degree (English major preferred).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly with young learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary range**: 17,000.00 - 20,000.00 RMB

License/Certification:

- TEFL/TESOL certificate (required)
