We are a print-on-demand company seeking a Junior Graphic Designer that will be working closely with our sales and production teams to provide custom printed apparel to our clients using either our online platform or walk-in’s.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Create and process design files to be printed using our in-house machinery.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from receipt to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Assist internal and external sales consultants with artwork queries and adjustments.
- From time to time, you will be tasked with redrawing an artwork if clients require the service.
- Work closely with the production department to ensure that our standards are met of providing high-quality and colour accurate custom printed apparel to our clients.
- Assist marketing with new print designs for ad campaigns if or when required.
- Undertake tasks requested by the internal sales consultants to provide quotations as requested by our clients.
- Assisting in other departmental tasks which is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and provide an insight to the inner and outer workings of our company.
- You may be required to assist in designing our easy to configure online stores which forms part of our affiliate program.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work under-pressure and meet deadlines while still providing work that meets our requirements in delivery.
- Have a clear understanding of not just the design aspect, but also the technical aspect. (This includes learning about our machinery during the employment at One Off).
- Ability to identify and solve issues before or after they occur.
- Open to learning new and/or alternate flows of actioning tasks.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Clear understanding of colour profiles and colour modes.
- Ability to create, adjust and process files to be used on printing machinery.
- Ability to create fresh designs when needed by our marketing team or possibly clients.

**Requirements (non-negotiables)**:

- High to Expert knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge and experience in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator (Knowledge of both will be highly advantageous).
- Needs to be meticulous in all tasks carried out.
- PANTONE colour knowledge.
- Have a clear understanding of different colour profiles.
- Understanding the difference between the RGB and CMYK colour modes.
- Problem-solving abilities.

**Requirements (Negotiables)**:

- DTF file processing knowledge would be beneficial as this is a newer process. (Training will also be provided)
- Working with online platforms. (Training will be provided on our system)
- Understanding of requirements to deliver high-quality work to our clients. (Included in our training session)

**PC Skills**:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Basic PC Knowledge
- Microsoft office (Which includes: Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Designing

Training will be offered on our platform and requirements needed to deliver the required services as per our standards.

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
