We're seeking an IT Facilitator who specialises in Information Security to help train, guide, and support individuals and organisations in building a strong cybersecurity culture. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops on IT security best practices. • Develop learning materials and interactive modules on topics such as data protection, network security, and cyber hygiene. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to learners and teams. • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and compliance standards. Requirements: • Strong background in IT security and hands-on experience with relevant tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to translate complex security concepts into practical, real-world applications. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are an added advantage.
