Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled IT Systems Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee system administration, server management and migrations, develop and enforce IT policies, manage network infrastructure, and ensure organisational security. This role requires proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, Salesforce, and a strong understanding of networking, firewalls, backups, recovery, and business continuity. The IT Systems Operations Executive will implement automation solutions, provide technical support, and innovate for future IT needs. Primary Responsibilities System Administration & Operations IT Infrastructure & Security Support & Troubleshooting Project & Policy Management Required Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT systems administration, operations, or similar. Strong technical knowledge in Windows, Microsoft, Salesforce, and system integrations. Demonstrated experience in managing cybersecurity frameworks and IT infrastructure. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions. Qualification and Experience System Administration Qualifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+). Cyber Security Qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+). Qualification in IT, Computer Science, System Administration, or related field. Salesforce Platform App Builder certification. Project Management certification (PMI CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Foundation). Experience with a Learning Management System (Moodle preferred). Preferred Skills (Advantageous) Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). Understanding of UX / UI principles. Understanding of ADDIE model and instructional design principles. Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices. Personal and Company Value Alignment Commitment to Excellence.
