Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing senior-level executives in key leadership roles within our client organizations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and strategic objectives. Identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates through targeted search methods, networking, and referrals. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. Provide strategic guidance and market insights to clients, helping them navigate the executive talent landscape. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in executive recruitment. Thrive in a high-performance sales culture. Generate new business through cold calling. Grow and maintain client relationships. Achieve sales targets. Attract the best candidates within the focus industries. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. Proven track record of success in executive recruitment or a similar role, with a deep understanding of the executive search process. Strong knowledge of executive compensation, market trends, and industry dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and integrity.
