As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Sourcefin, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across both front-end and back-end systems. You will lead by example in coding standards, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and designers. The role focuses on building robust fintech solutions with a modern front-end stack and back-end services developed in C#/.NET. Front-End Development Develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards are met. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement design systems and prototypes. Back-End Development Architect and develop APIs and microservices with C#/.NET Core. Integrate databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and third-party services. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems. Code Quality & Optimisation Write clean, modular, and reusable code that follows best practices and industry standards. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation to enhance application efficiency. Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and trends to improve development workflows. Collaboration & Agile Development Work within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment, participating in ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, scrum master and business analysts, to align on the project goal. Provide input on technical feasibility and system enhancements. Document technical decisions and maintain knowledge sharing practices. Technology & Innovation Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve Sourcefin’s digital products. Introduce innovative tools and practices to improve workflows. Contribute to the development of Sourcefin’s design systems, component libraries API ecosystem. #J-18808-Ljbffr
