The Chief Growth Strategist role entails driving business expansion through the development and execution of sales strategies. This involves fostering partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets while aligning growth initiatives with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the organisation's vision, growth objectives, and market positioning to achieve revenue targets. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Lead, mentor and manage the growth team, set performance targets, and monitor progress to ensure individual and team performance targets are achieved. Develop pricing strategies, and sales incentives to maximise profitability and competitiveness while meeting customer expectations. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
