Our client is a leading SAAS provider (software as a service) company whose clients are primarily mid level to enterprise clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads - specifically in German-speaking markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with prospects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results. Key attributes for success in this role include: Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets Exceptional communication skills in German and English Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the German-speaking regions. Manage and expand existing client relationships , ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to expand the client base. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies. Provide regular reports and feedback on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts and close deals , ensuring alignment with company terms and conditions. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Fluency in both German and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets . Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive business success. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales performance.
