HubSpot Implementation Strategist – Night Shift (Australian Hours) Work from our offices in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya during the Night Shift | 12 AM – 9 AM (Australian Hours). We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Cape Town (Wynberg), Johannesburg (Sandton), and Durban (Umhlanga), working for incredible international companies. Role Summary As a HubSpot Implementation Strategist, you will guide clients to unlock the full potential of HubSpot. You will lead implementations, design solutions, optimise workflows, and train clients to ensure they achieve their business goals efficiently. This is a client-facing, technical, and strategic role, perfect for someone who loves making systems work smarter. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HubSpot solutions. Lead HubSpot configuration, setup, and integration. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Train and enable clients on HubSpot tools and best practices. Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements 4+ years of HubSpot consulting & implementation experience. Strong knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs. HubSpot certifications (preferred). Project management skills. Experience with APIs and integration tools (MAKE, Zapier). Strong client relationship skills & communication. Nice-to-Have: Experience at a HubSpot partner agency, data migration and CRM integration, familiarity with agile methodologies.
