Program Highlights Conduct thorough research on financial markets, economic trends, commodities and companies. Develop and manage financial valuation models. Present and defend research findings to the investment team with confidence. Actively engage in debate to refine investment strategies. Contribute to and maintain our research database. Qualifications & Requirements Graduates with a strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics. Consistently demonstrated academic excellence. Relevant degrees in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar fields (B.Bus.Sc / B). Relevant experience (internships or previous roles) highlighting interest in asset management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and self‑motivation. Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. Passion for investing and commitment to excellence in financial markets. CA or CFA qualifications (full or partial) are a plus but not required. Strong planning and organisational skills. High motivation and independence.
