Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Architect to design, align, and optimise business processes and solutions that support organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business architecture, solution design, and data management, supported by recognised industry certifications and extensive hands‑on experience. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and systems. Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks aligned to enterprise strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective business and IT solutions. Ensure alignment of business architecture with data management principles and industry best practices. Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture projects. Provide expertise in cloud‑based architecture (AWS, Azure) and data governance frameworks. Requirements Minimum Requirements Qualification: Minimum NQF Level 7 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Business, or Engineering. Certifications (any of the following) TOGAF 9 AWS Solution Architect Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBok) Experience More than 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and Business Architect. Proven track record in designing business architecture frameworks and translating business needs into solution requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong business process modelling and analysis skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. In‑depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. Proficiency in solution design and data governance practices.
