Reference: NFR -TKa-1 This position is suitable for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant with up to one year of post-articles experience. The position forms part of the Group reporting team of a JSE listed business. Training will be provided. Duties & Responsibilities Form part of the Group reporting team Monthly reporting Quarterly reporting Draft IFRS compliant annual financial statements for subsidiaries, including submission and finalisation with the external auditors Perform analytical reviews and completeness checks on the forecast and budgets presented by different business units Consolidate, reconcile, and draft allocated notes for the Consolidated Annual Financial statements for the Group Audit queries IFRS implementation Ad hoc tasks Job Experience & Skills Required Qualified Chartered Accountant Up to 1 year post articles experience Implementing best practice accounting policies Ensuring compliance of accounting provisions in terms of IFRS and legislation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Accuracy in Financial Reporting Time Management skills Leadership If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
