We’re hiring: Senior Frontend Developer (Webflow + WordPress + Headless CMS) Simplr is a brand and digital design agency that partners with ambitious businesses to create brands, digital experiences, and enterprise-level websites. We’re known for our crafted design, robust technical builds, and forward‑thinking use of platforms like headless WordPress, Webflow, and custom CMS integrations. What You’ll Do Lead the frontend development of large‑scale websites and digital platforms. Build, maintain, and optimize websites in Webflow—from marketing sites to complex CMS‑driven experiences. Develop custom, high‑performance WordPress (headless & traditional) websites integrated with similar tooling. Collaborate with designers to bring crafted UI/UX to life with pixel‑perfect precision. Work with backend developers and APIs to third‑party tools, headless CMSs, and enterprise systems. Push performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Contribute to process improvements (workflow, handoff, deployment, CI/CD). What We’re Looking For 8+ years of professional frontend development experience. Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, with some knowledge of advanced tooling. Proven experience in Webflow development (advanced interactions, CMS structuring, custom code embedding). Solid background in WordPress (custom themes, headless setups, WPGraphQL/REST). Understanding of headless CMS architecture and modern frontend frameworks. Experience with Git workflows, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization. Eye for design and detail—you care about pixel‑perfect builds. Bonus Experience with Tailwind, GSAP, motion/animation, or 3D web tools. What We Offer Work on global projects with ambitious brands in London, the USA, and South Africa.
