Introduction ArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to recruit a Metallurgical Technician at the Foundry Identification and initiation of corrective actions to be implemented Communication with production, maintenance and other clients Be part of project teams for new plants and upgrading of existing plants/equipment Identification and initiation of corrective and improvement actions to be implemented Process development and improvement Technical support to the production personnel Manage, execute and implement capital, EM and planned maintenance projects Root cause analyses of failures and process problems incurred Qualification :National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Metallurgical Engineering Experience and Requirements :Understanding of the Foundry processes Personal Attributes :Analytical and problem solving Strategic thinker Pro-active and performance driven Sound communication skills Candidate must possess initiative, be enthusiastic, and self-driven High energy level Service and result orientated Ability to develop and maintain excellent business relationships Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
