If you are ready to make an impact, join our team Your Next Career Opportunity – NOC Analyst I What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Extract alarm logs from the Remote Monitoring System and prepare the monthly performance report for SMPMS vendors. Initiate and implement ideas and provide feedback on software tools, procedures, and improvements to NOC functionality. Provide assistance with NOC integration industry monitoring/ticketing tools. Analyze fault resolution process and develop scripts and reports to optimize. Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc performance reports. Prepare a root cause analysis report and share it with the relevant team for improvements. Document all actions in accordance with standard company policies and procedures. Manage change requests, both internal and external. Work with internal and external technical and service teams to create and/or update knowledge base articles. Ensure any assigned housekeeping duties are carried out in conjunction with regional personnel, contractors, and supervisors. Support the NOC Supervisors and understudy the NOC Manager to acquire the management skills necessary to manage the NOC activities in the absence of the NOC manager. Other projects and duties as assigned. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. 0–2 years of experience in mobile telecom NOC operations and handling; 1 year of experience in service delivery and support process handling is an added advantage. Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Domestic travel up to 10% of the time; travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities. Valid government‑issued driver’s license. Physical Demands Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch. Ability to stand, walk and sit. Ability to reach with hands and arms. Visual ability correctable to 20/20. Sitting up to 90% of the day. Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone. Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Work Environment Must be able to function in a 24/7 operation and work a flexible schedule on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Moderate noise level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
