This role reports to an Order Fulfilment Manager. Responsibilities Supervising and leading a team of claims administrators to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. Reviewing and auditing claims files for completeness and accuracy. Resolving escalated issues and inquiries; collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall procedures. Analyzing claims data and preparing reports for management review. Implementing and enforcing best practices and procedures related to claims administration. Qualifications & Experience Matric or National (Vocational) certificate. 3 to 5 years minimum proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in insurance, finance, or supply chain. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
