Experience responding to tenders, RFPs, and customer proposals. A good understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud networking is advantageous. Key Responsibilities Design and propose ISP and enterprise network solutions covering Voice, APN, SD‑WAN/MPLS, Internet Access, and related services. Develop and present technical architecture to customers, sales teams, and senior management in a clear and engaging manner. Work with ISP backbone and last‑mile technologies to design scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless deployment of solutions. Ensure security best practices in firewalling, CDN technologies (e.g., Cloudflare), and overall network infrastructure. Provide technical input for tender responses, RFPs, and proposals to secure business opportunities. Conduct customer workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and training sessions as needed.
