ThePeople and Talent Managerwill support AESG in building a high-performance andemployee-centric culture by focusing on talent management initiatives. This role will: Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with AESG's business objectives Identify, develop, and retain key talent to ensure a strong and capable team. Design and oversee employee development programs, including onboarding, learning, and career progression initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with HR and Operations to support people planning and succession strategies. Provide guidance to managers on performance management, coaching, and employee growth. Track talent metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development. Demonstrated experience in implementing talent development programs, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and talent management frameworks. General Expectancy Acts as the primary driver of talent management initiatives across the organisation. Oversees the identification, development, and retention of key talent, ensuring succession and growth pipelines are in place. Provides strategic guidance to managers and leadership on workforce planning, performance, and employee engagement. Collaborates across departments to align talent strategies with organisational objectives. Support in implementing programs that foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture. Operates with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, balancing strategic oversight with practical execution of talent initiatives. Responsibilities Talent Strategy and People Planning: Design and execute AESG's talent management strategy in alignment with business objectives. Partner with leadership and HR to forecast people needs and identify critical capability gaps. Maintain updated talent maps, succession pipelines, and development plans for key roles. Support the development of organisational structures that align with AESG's global growth model. Learning, Development and Career Growth: Oversee learning, and professional development frameworks. Establish leadership development, mentorship, and coaching programs to build future- ready talent. Implement tailored learning journeys in collaboration with internal and external training partners. Track the impact of development programs using measurable performance and growth metrics. Performance and Engagement: Manage AESG's performance management cycle, ensuring consistent goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes. Guide line managers on performance improvement and recognition initiatives. Partner with HR to design engagement surveys and translate findings into actionable outcomes. Champion a performance-driven culture that recognises both results and behaviours. Culture, Diversity and Inclusion: Promote AESG's values and ensure they are embedded in all people initiatives. Support programs that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing across AESG's global offices. Collaborate on internal communications and events that enhance connection and belonging. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key talent metrics (turnover, succession readiness, internal mobility, engagement). Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of talent programs. Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and leaders on all talent-related matters. Collaborate with the HR and TA team to align policies, compensation, and employee experience initiatives. Support in the execution of people-centric strategic projects. Why join AESG?
