We Are Hiring - Accounts Officer II Nexa Credit Union is growing and we are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Officer II to join our Finance Team. You will support key accounting functions including reconciliations, payroll support, audit preparation, and card-related transactions, while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities Process payrolls within established timelines and ensure payroll accuracy. Assist with member and payroll queries and account analysis. Process ATM/VISA/POS transactions to the General Ledger within set deadlines. Reconcile payroll receivables, and ATM payables/receivables. Maintain and update receivables and payables listings. Support preparation of schedules and documentation for audit(s). Assist with treasury functions including cash procurement and branch/ATM distribution. Help maintain investment and fixed asset records and related GL entries. Maintain accurate filing of payroll and financial records (electronic & physical). Ensure AML/CFT compliance and elevate any suspicious activity. Perform other duties related to finance operations as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Minimum two (2) years accounting or finance experience. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment Office-based role with frequent computer use. Interaction with members, employers, and internal teams. May involve travel between locations (Grenada & Carriacou).
