What We’re Looking For Basic Required Qualifications 8–14 years in portfolio/program management, business operations, or product operations with a track record of building scalable governance frameworks. Strong understanding of portfolio management principles, time tracking practices, and financial accountability in a technology environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without authority. Experience with reporting and analytics tools for portfolio and resource management. Proven ability to drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
