We are looking for a Digital Media Manager We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our in-house team, to take our digital media management and digital video content creation to that NEXT LEVEL The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all aspects of our video/digital production, including managing the brand’s social media platforms, creating lead generation campaigns and sales. You will be expected to pitch ideas, produce, shoot, edit content, as well as create compelling copy for various marketing materials. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in sharpening our brand’s online presence and communicating our messaging effectively to our target audience. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative digital media strategies to increase engagement across all platforms. Collaborate with designers and other team members to create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. (Videography and Photography). Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms. Monitor and analyze social media trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Possess knowledge and understanding of the running, testing, and improvement of Ads on social media platforms and the internet. Collaborate with influencers and potentially celebrities in creating partnerships and collaborations. Create the stories behind the Isabella Garcia collections and write meaningful and beautiful descriptions for annual and new product releases. Be a champion of Isabella Garcia’s image and vision to ensure consistency across all social media platforms. Uphold our brand ethos in every interaction. Be adaptable to change, manage different workloads, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Be comfortable with taking initiative and testing new strategies. Who You Are Have a 3-year completed Degree or Diploma. Possess formidable proficiency in both photographic and video editing skills. Have strong use of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Have proven experience in managing digital and social media platforms, including creating and implementing social media strategies and campaigns. Have excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Can edit audio for VO and music. Creative, a perfectionist, and action-driven Highly motivated. Accurate with impeccable attention to detail. Receptive to constructive feedback, with a willingness to improve and learn. Possess excellent communication skills.
