Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Financial Professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage the financial department: Timely and accurate financial management reports, apply company policies, reconcile control accounts, monitor Easi BI expense movers, and perform regular cashbook maintenance. Provide payroll input to head office: Payroll input sheets with relevant supporting documents, verify monthly commission and incentive calculations for all commission and incentive employees. Manage team for high performance culture: Establish staffing levels, measure employee performances, motivate and encourage team members, conduct interviews, and take responsibility for appointments of new employees. Requirements BCom Accounting or equivalent with articles. 3 years' experience in articles and 2 years post-articles. Knowledge of accounting systems such as Evolve and Easi BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
