My client's group of luxury restaurants is seeking an Activation Manager to work closely with the Marketing Department and Owner in developing and executing exceptional events and activations. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise, plan, and deliver innovative restaurant activations and events that drive guest traffic and brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team and ownership to design experiences that reflect my client's brand's luxury positioning. Manage event calendars across multiple restaurants, ensuring seamless execution and consistency. Work with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to bring activations to life. Analyse the success of events and activations, using insights to continuously improve guest engagement and return on investment. Ensure that all initiatives elevate the guest experience, strengthen loyalty, and keep my client's venues top-of-mind. Requirements Proven track record in event management, activations, or experiential marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple activations simultaneously. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and guest experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
