Develop automated solutions for service management using ServiceNow and Microsoft applications Integrating and developing Microsoft and ServiceNow applications with other programs / systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow across platforms Carry out analysis to support the design of processes and practices and work with client groups to capture unmet needs Run testing of system configuration within supporting technologies such as ServiceNow, Co Pilot, and PowerApps Lead in cross functional, business-facing workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and automation in the service domain Continuing your personal development and career growth with support from our experienced members, learning platforms and partners Is this role right for you? Demonstrable experience of ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable but not essential) Demonstratable experience in Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. ITIL certification in service management foundation level (or related equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essential Able to operate support and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow and automation tools Experience configuring solutions to support service automation.
