Vacancy: Payroll Coordinator – Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng

Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group, has a vacancy for a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Vanderbijlpark. Reporting to the Wage and Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and payroll support to the Wage and Payroll Manager, including the processing of data, reporting, auditing, and payroll management. Duties & Responsibilities The following duties are expected of the Payroll Coordinator, including but not limited to: Auditing of Assignee and Client Files. Payroll audits, including the setup of the payroll for all new contracts. All administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages weekly, fortnightly, and monthly. Reconciliations of reports and data as necessary. Completion of reports for the Executive and Operational team as required. This includes the Extraction, Loading, and Transformation (ELT) process as aligned to data analytics practices. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Grade 12 (Twelve) Maths on Standard Grade as a minimum. Experience in the payroll function of not less than 2 (Two) years. A minimum of 3 (Three)years of experience in a TES or Contract Cleaning wages environment would be an advantage. Advantage – Diploma: Payroll Management, NQF level 5(Five). Important – A solid understanding ofdata analytics, with ELT experience in reporting.
