Sales Manager – Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) My client is seeking a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the commercial vehicle industry. The successful candidate will be tasked to drive sales growth and strengthen the dealer networks across Sub-Saharan Africa. About the Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Transport solutions via the dealer network, ensuring sustainable business growth while supporting dealers in delivering the right applications to customers. This role requires strategic input into sales plans, market development, customer relationship management, and aftermarket support – all within the framework of their operational business plan. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in SSA markets. Strengthen dealer and customer relationships to secure long-term business. Drive UD Trucks' sales vision through effective CRM and action plans. Provide market feedback and proposals on brand, product, and pricing positioning. Support dealer training in sales, service, and technical competencies. Facilitate product demonstrations, campaigns, and dealer events. Monitor sales performance, aftersales profitability, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with export processes, standards, and reporting requirements. What We're Looking For Tertiary qualification in Road Transportation / Transport Management (essential). Sales & Marketing or Technical / Engineering qualifications (desirable). Minimum 5 years in commercial vehicle sales, with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong exposure to export processes is essential. Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry. Budgetary control and financial principles. Negotiation, selling, and project management skills. Technical and product knowledge with sound engineering insight. Excellent communication and relationship-building ability. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in French Fluency in French (essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
