This is a strategic leadership role overseeing several subsidiaries of the group, responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a strategic vision for the South Sudan market aligned with group objectives. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure strong profitability. Lead all operational activities with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Build and empower high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government, client, and community stakeholders. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management standards are upheld. Provide regular insightful analysis and reporting to the executive team to support strategic decisions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Years of progressive experience in business or operations management, including at least 12 years in senior leadership roles. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing diverse teams across markets. Core competencies: Visionary leadership with a strategic and global outlook. Strong financial and operational acumen. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to influence and lead in complex environments.
