Overview Role Overview We are looking for a Centre of Excellence (CoE) Specialist to help standardise, enhance, and maintain best practices in Business Analysis and Process Engineering . The ideal candidate will define frameworks, templates, and methods that ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across projects — while driving continuous improvement and innovation in process and analysis practices. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain standards: Develop, document, and continuously improve the organisation’s Business Analysis and Process Engineering standards, methods, and artefacts. Benchmarking and research: Conduct regular market research and feasibility studies to align internal practices with global and industry-leading standards. Knowledge management: Curate and maintain a central repository of best practices, methodologies, and templates for use across teams. Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through process analysis, process mining, and data-driven insights. Collaboration and guidance: Support teams and stakeholders in adopting CoE methodologies and ensure consistency across business units. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in Business Analysis and Process Engineering . Strong understanding of System Integration using multiple technologies. Proficiency in Data Analytics and generating actionable insights. Experience in Extensive Reporting and SharePoint development . Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision. Exposure to Data Engineering or Data Science principles (advantageous). Experience in the Banking sector (advantageous). Familiarity with ARIS , Celonis , or other process mining tools (beneficial).
