Build go-to-market strategies for internally developed solutions and products. Work alongside the CEO and Strategy Team to ensure the delivery of strategic consulting initiatives. Lead the implementation of digital transformation strategies that enable data‑driven decision‑making for clients. Contribute and lead the Technical Solutions and Innovation (TSI) Team to research latest technologies and trends. Learn about client’s business challenges in order to understand their business needs and strategy. Define client problems concisely and hypothesise the proposed solution. Develop and present proposed solution to client. Assist with business development activities such as scoping, proposals, presentations and client workshops. Develop key divisional client relationships and grow Decision Inc’s Strategy presence in assigned client base. Work with leadership to deliver against divisional commercial goals. Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent in‑client performance. Who Do You Need to Be? Minimum 6 years experience in a management consulting and/or sales role. Experience within technology consulting service environment. Relevant Finance or Business Qualification. Strong problem‑solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value. Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical delivery team. Ability to successfully manage and foster strong relationships with team and clients. Effective planning and organisational skills. Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the company’s strategic plan.
