Overview New Vehicle Sales Manager, Tzaneen, Limpopo A well-established automotive dealership in Tzaneen is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its sales department and oversee a high-performing team. This role will focus on driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the new vehicle sales department and ensure monthly targets are achieved. Lead, guide, and support the sales team to maximise performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Provide regular reporting on departmental results to senior management. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities. Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s licence.
