Location Fully-Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST Role Overview The Front-End Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining engaging, interactive, user-facing tools and dashboards for a web-based platform focused on personal and professional growth. This role centers on developing high-quality interfaces for assessment-based tools, including multiple-choice questionnaires and open-ended responses, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and polished UI. The role requires hands-on experience with Next.js, Vercel, and Supabase, and close collaboration with designers, product stakeholders, and engineers to deliver seamless, professional user experiences across the platform. Key Responsibilities Interactive Tool Development Build and maintain interactive user-facing tools, including MCQ assessments and open short-answer forms interpreted using LLMs Develop dashboards and custom tools that support assessment-driven user journeys UI Design & User Experience Design and implement visually appealing, professional, and brand-aligned user interfaces Ensure all tools are intuitive, accessible, and easy to navigate Maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience across all interactive features Collaboration & Feature Delivery Work closely with designers to implement ad-hoc custom tools and dashboards Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to enhance and launch new features Database & Platform Integration Integrate front-end tools with backend data using Supabase Ensure smooth interaction between front-end components, database, and authentication systems Performance & Optimization Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and responsive design Continuously improve performance for interactive and dynamic features Qualifications Experience 3+ years of front-end development experience building interactive web applications Proven experience using Next.js for user-facing applications Experience working with Supabase as a database server Experience designing and implementing interactive dashboards and tools Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is highly advantageous Skills Strong UI/UX design sensibility with attention to usability and visual quality Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative, friendly, and empathetic communication style Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, user-facing products that directly support personal and professional growth.
