Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and integration of our Salesforce platform. This role is central to ensuring our systems support core business functions across sales and operations, with a strong focus on maintainable, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and team members to deliver high‑quality technical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements. Lead development efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related tools. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and business teams to define needs and deliver effective solutions. Ensure integration between Salesforce and external / internal systems via APIs or middleware. Drive platform security, data integrity, and performance monitoring. Implement DevOps practices, including source control, automated deployments, and change management. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practice documentation and processes. Skills and Experience Essential: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model. Experience building and maintaining integrations (REST / SOAP APIs). Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Bitbucket, or similar. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Application Architect) are strongly preferred. Nice to Have Experience in real estate, fintech, insurance or service‑led industries. Knowledge of CPQ, Experience Cloud, Velocity or Marketing Cloud. Exposure to Agile development processes and tools such as Jira.
