Finance Business and Data Analyst Hollard Insurance Job Purpose: To provide analytical and strategic support to finance and business operations by interpreting financial and operational data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. The role bridges finance and data analytics to support decision‑making, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyse current and historical financial data to identify trends and variances. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders. Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. Business Analysis Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into data‑driven solutions. Identify areas for operational and financial improvement through process analysis. Support business case development and cost‑benefit analysis for new initiatives. Data Analytics & Insights Collect, validate, and transform data from internal and external sources. Use statistical and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to present insights. Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with finance, operations, IT, and senior management to deliver insights. Present findings and recommendations clearly to non‑technical audiences.
