Overview We are recruiting for an Analyst : Human Capital Information Systems role. Reporting and Analysis Generate and analyze exception reports; prepare statutory reports for both external and internal stakeholders. Prepare people management statistical analysis reports to assist management with decision-making. Ensure that reports are consistent with regulatory and business requirements, validated and aligned with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency. Organizational Structure Management on SAP Act as the first point of contact for the organizational structure changes and requirements on SAP. Responsible for the creation, modification, deletion or any required changes to positions or organizational structure as per workforce planning. Analyze OM impact, provide recommendations and keep an audit trail for all OM changes. Data Governance and Integration Ensure data entered the HCIS is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational standards and legal requirements. Develop databases for efficient categorization and reporting; conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Implement data governance practices, including validation, audit initiatives, quality checks, and troubleshooting discrepancies. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Functional and Business Support Collaborate with business to understand requirements and translate them into effective HCIS analytics solutions. Participate in implementation and continuous improvement of HCIS, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Provide technical support and on‑job training to people management and related personnel for reporting and analytics functionalities. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on HCIS tools and functionality; document processes, maintain knowledge bases, and create user guides. Testing and Quality Assurance Review test cases and test scripts; recommend changes. Perform user acceptance testing and quality assurance during systems upgrades / changes. Pile system testing packs for sign‑off and deployment to production. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree / Advanced in Information Technology / Human Resources Management related qualification. SAP HCM Certification; SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Certification will be advantageous. ITIL Certification will be advantageous. Power BI Certification will be advantageous. Relevant 4 years' experience in a Human Capital Information Systems related environment of which 1 year must have been specializing in data management. Experience in People Management reporting; Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics will be an added advantage. Technical, Managerial, and behavioral competencies required: Planning, Organizing and Coordinating; Personal Mastery; Judgement and Decision Making; Ethics and Values; Client Service Orientation; Ability to interpret data sets and conduct data analysis. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes; Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and test cases. Proficient in HCIS and analytics tools such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization. Knowledge in report writing and preparation; Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
