Your Responsibilities Assist in setting up SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform Constantly monitor and upgrade SOPs where necessary Assist with training and set up of new franchises Train SOPs at a franchisee level Monitor, manage and maintain required franchise service levels Ensure franchisees adhere to Hub Setup Manual and Franchise Agreement Set and manage KPI’s at franchise level Conduct regular audits to assess and measure process and execution performance Travel locally and to regional hubs quarterly Drive company policies, procedures and brand standards through regular auditing processes Guide franchisees towards improved business operations and act as a consultant to drive improvement and success Assist franchisees in training their employees Monitor and measure hub performance and productivity against required Service Level Agreements through system checks and reporting analysis Present solutions to help drive momentum and success of franchise businesses Act as the ‘protector of the brand’ at all times, working towards brand recognition and business growth Attributes Required High energy, self‑starter Understand how technology works for business Project management skills System and process orientation Attention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture Customer service orientation Strong analytical and critical thinking, ability to use data to make informed decisions, identify root cause and resolve problems Comfortable with change and an excellent team player Low ego, high on delivery and execution Organization and sound communication will be key success factors of a Franchise Manager Minimum Qualifications and Experience Matric (grade 12) certificate or similar 3 years top management experience Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Training experience beneficial Operational experience managing national or regional operations Previous hospitality/retail franchise working experience advantageous Previous experience in logistics industry not required Proven track record in delivery and execution IT or tech savvy advantageous Why Join TFS Purpose‑driven impact : Transform lives through logistics innovation Advanced technology : Work with cutting‑edge systems in a fast‑paced environment Career growth : Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement At TFS, your growth is our growth.
