Flexilube, an independent lubricant producer and waste oil re-refinery in Meyerton, Gauteng; is seeking a skilled professional to manage our financial records up to trial balance. Job Title SENIOR BOOKKEEPER Job Description Full accounting function up to trial balance. Assist with annual audit preparations and BBEEE preparations. Ensure that invoices and statements are accurate and processed in a timely manner. Assist with stock management and procurement processes. Experience in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of international purchases and imports. Knowledge of payroll processes. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 5 years in cost accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proficient in Sage Evolution and Sage Payroll Professional; advanced Excel skills required. Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are essential. Key Skills / Attributes Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong reconciliation skills. Team player with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and reliability. Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
