About the role Lead transformative Retail Credit projects in one of South Africa’s leading banks If you’re a results-driven Senior Project Manager with deep experience in banking, lending, and credit system delivery, this is your chance to take charge of high-impact initiatives shaping the future of digital credit. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple Retail Credit projects end-to‑end — from initiation through delivery — within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Drive implementation of new credit systems and process enhancements across lending and onboarding functions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change controls to maintain governance standards. Present regular project updates to executive leadership and steering committees. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent). Experience Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in banking or financial services.
