Solar Project Manager Reference: CTE -EMM-1 Are you an experienced professional with a passion for renewable energy? Duties & Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting business development requirements and engineering, focused on continual improvement for the company’s operations and efficiencies. Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar projects, specifically in project engineering or management roles. Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Demonstrated expertise in the design of solar PV energy systems. Proven track record in project contracts management and client liaison. Self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong commitment to driving results and meeting project deadlines. Qualification N.Dip Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering. Eligible to register with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
