Positive, proactive energy Punctuality and reliable attendance Accountability and ownership of work Consistency and effort, even under pressure A team-focused mindset with enthusiasm for ideas and growth THE ROLE : We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can produce high-quality work across both print and digital platforms. You'll work closely with the creative team on a wide range of campaigns, helping to bring brands to life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop creative concepts that align with client and brand goals. Design for print, digital, and social media – including ads, brochures, motion graphics, and video content. Help build and maintain brand identities (logos, typography, colour palettes, etc.). Present ideas to clients and adapt based on feedback. Ensure all design work is consistent, accurate, and on-brand. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Keep design assets organised and up to date. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 3 years industry experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and / or Sketch. Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory. Experience with animation and / or video editing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong time management and attention to detail. Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday, CORE HOURS: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (On-site position only).
