Applicant will be expected to conduct audits in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and ensure that clients are compliant with International Accounting Standards. Seniors will be expected to assist and review the juniors and intermediates. Key Responsibilities Makes sure that work activity is completed by juniors and intermediates in line with the standards, guidelines and deadlines required. Ensures procedures are followed appropriately so that high quality work is produced. Detailed review of work adequately. Urges others to do things better and to make changes to work in order to improve quality. Builds relationships with client staff at a junior level. Resolves client issues and appreciates clients future needs. Encourages others to deliver high quality work and identifies new business opportunities from existing and new clients. Deals with all aspects of financial performance in a timely and effective way. Ensure that all time is appropriately recorded, billed and collected to maximise profitability. Provides support that enables others to develop within the firm. Works cooperatively with others and positively influences them. Ensures team participation to support the Firm's goals. Listens to, understands and communicates confidently with others in a clear, concise, polite and purposeful way. Motivates self and others to succeed. Identifies improvement areas, initiates appropriate action, and mitigates risks to an appropriate level.
