Reference : ITE TSch-1Join an innovative hospitality software solutions provider in Somerset West as a Full Stack Developer. This is a hands-on development role with the opportunity to support the CTO as a 2IC, providing exposure to leadership while focusing primarily on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Duties & Responsibilities Our client delivers cutting-edge software solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. You will work across the full stack, contributing to application architecture, development, and deployment. While the core focus is on hands-on software development, this role also offers the chance to assist the CTO in leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and supporting technical decision-making. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving, with exposure to emerging technologies and opportunities to grow your technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities : Develop, test, and maintain full stack software applications (C#, .NET, Angular). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making. Support the CTO as 2IC, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation. Job Experience and Skills Required Education : Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered. Experience : Minimum 5 years' experience in professional C# development. Experience with Angular is preferred. Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is advantageous. Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage.
