Qualifications and Experience Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).MBA is highly advantageous.Experience : 10+ years in senior management with a proven track record of leading high- performance teams.Strong knowledge of manufacturing (essential). Knowledge of factory automation, machine tools, and CNC machines (highly advantageous). Experience in strategic planning and execution to improve competitive advantage and profitability.
