Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to join our Johannesburg office on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office operations and assist various departments with documentation, coordination, and reporting tasks. Responsibilities Manage and maintain office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks. Support HR, finance, and procurement teams with document preparation and filing. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination for internal teams. Maintain accurate records and databases (both electronic and paper-based). Assist with onboarding and coordination for new employees or contractors. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments as needed. Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Matric required; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field advantageous. Why Join Us?
