We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Foreman to join our team and manage all staff, contractors, materials, and overall operations on a commercial construction site. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site. Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety. Coordinate the delivery and management of materials and resources. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Maintain high levels of communication and coordination between all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and efficiently. Requirements Any trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction-related field. Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Experience in residential property development is advantageous. Core Competencies Strong Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Exceptional Planning and Coordination – Ability to organize tasks efficiently. Advanced Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to address challenges with effective solutions. Conflict Management – Ability to handle and resolve conflicts with professionalism. Interpersonal Skills – Strong ability to interact with various stakeholders and team members.
