We're seeking an experienced engineer to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities Lead a talented team in designing cutting‑edge solutions for both internal and external customers. Be the technical visionary, ensuring system reliability, championing best practices, and actively shaping the product roadmap. Combine hands‑on technical work with strategic leadership — mitigating outages and optimizing team processes while advocating for the team’s mission across the organization. As the technical leader of the team: design and create new solutions widely used by internal or external customers. Lead the technical excellence of the system and create plans to mitigate outages. Adjust team processes based on feedback and guide the team through changes. Challenge the architecture and automation processes. Support the internal organization of the team. Participate in roadmap elaboration alongside the Head of Engineering and the Product team. Advocate for the mission of the team within the company. Experience & Qualifications Strong programming skills. Ideally 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails. Experience working in Scrum or similar. Other Requirements A strong communication ability, both in private and in public. You are comfortable working in an international team, in English. Spanish or French would be a plus. Knowledge of business travel will be a real asset. You know how to be a team player.
