Relationship & Partnership Management Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively manage vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment on goals, performance expectations, and long-term strategic collaboration. Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing relationships to drive growth and competitive advantage. Foster cross-functional collaboration, acting as a central liaison to ensure smooth coordination and execution of joint initiatives. Strengthen stakeholder engagement through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Operational Liaison Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and Vendors, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery. Coordinate the implementation of vendor-related initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes. Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans that deliver tangible value. Commercial Strategy & Market Awareness Apply strong commercial acumen to assess market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Conduct market and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth. Develop initiatives that enhance profitability and strengthen the company's competitive position. Understand customer and stakeholder needs, aligning commercial strategies to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Balance short-term wins with long-term sustainable growth. Project Management & Coordination Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and maintain structured project and delivery plans. Facilitate effective communication across teams, providing clarity, transparency, and accountability through the project lifecycle. Monitor and track delivery progress, identifying and mitigating risks early. Provide proactive and regular updates, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Strategic-Led Initiatives Support and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with Product Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Contribute to the design and rollout of new initiatives that drive innovation and commercial impact. Monitor progress and success metrics of strategic projects, ensuring delivery against key performance objectives. Support change management by helping teams adapt to evolving strategies, ensuring alignment and engagement across the business.
