Senior Business Development Executive – nCino nCino is a global leader in cloud banking solutions, delivering software as a service (SaaS) to financial institutions. We are looking for an experienced business development professional to drive new business sales, qualify leads, conduct demos, and close deals. What you’ll do Achieve sales targets through the full sales cycle – from lead development and solution presentation to negotiation and closure. Develop key strategic leads in our target markets while using inbound leads from marketing and SDR teams. Educate prospects on our platform, delivering concise, accurate product information. Demo the product, using innovative approaches to accelerate evaluation. Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product roadmap. Prepare and submit quotations for prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal teams to maximize revenue growth. Requirements Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience (non‑negotiable). Commercial or technical degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills to individuals and groups. Proven experience in cold‑calling and lead generation. Passion for technology and its benefits to businesses. Ability to build new relationships quickly across levels. Self‑starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment. Ideal candidate Hunter mindset focused on closing new business deals. Knowledge of the financial services industry. Experience selling SaaS software to businesses. Smart, fast learner and adaptable.
